As a testament to the continued advancement of the educational and learning environment in the business world, this new assessment test was developed to gauge the level and skill of the test takers to the concept of Entrepreneurship. Today Entrepreneurship is very much part of every nation’s economy. Professionals from different fields have realized that, in a knowledge-based economy, Entrepreneurs play a central role in creating new companies, commercializing new ideas and, just as importantly, engaging in sustained experiments in what works and what does not. This is how ILFEN® came to be. ILFEN® is the brain-child of Dr Ahmed Al-Shumaimri – Professor of Business Administration at King Saud University in Riyadh. The King Saud University is represented by the “Entrepreneurship Association”. To put the idea into action, the Entrepreneurship Association provided the necessary support in terms of facilities and establishment requirements. This non-profit organization provided the all services and support for assisting the success of the license. Professor Al-Shumaimri was instrumental in supervising the on-going registration procedures, developmental methodologies, team management and registration of intellectual property rights which will translate into the spread of ILFEN® all over the World.
